1. We can design 3D drawing for customers' confirmation according to their 2D drawing or sample
when placing the order.
2. In order to ensure about the quality, we insist on sending the photos of the mould making process to customers
every week, providing customers a view about the manufacturing process.
3. If the quantity of the products which will be produced in our factory gets to a fixed amount, we will give back
the money for making moulds.
4. If there is some damage happen to the moulds during manufacturing in our factory, and the customer
will place a second order, we will make the mould free.
