1. We can design 3D drawing for customers' confirmation according to their 2D drawing or sample
when placing the order.
2. In order to ensure about the quality, we will send the photos of mould making process to customers every week, providing customers a view about the manufacturing process.
3. If the quantity of the products gets to a fixed amount, we will give back the money for making moulds.
4. When the mould life is overdue, and the customer will place a second order, we will make the mould free.
